Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we provide free estimates for all our services. After assessing your property (if necessary), we’ll give you a detailed quote with no obligation.

Note: Not all requests will require a site assessment.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for online invoice payments. Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a 2.9% processing fee. We do accept checks for no fee.

Are you insured and licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, ensuring peace of mind for our clients.

We are also registered with the DNR as a lake service provider (LSP). We take the course every three years. This is to help not spread AIS aquatic invasive species. We also take a construction installer course through the UofM teaching us correct erosion and sediment control recommended by the MN DOT.

Do you offer seasonal contracts or one-time services?

We offer both. Whether you need a one-time service or a seasonal contract, we’ll work with you to find the best option for your needs.

How do you handle inclement weather?

Safety is our priority. If weather conditions make it unsafe to perform the service, we will reschedule at the earliest convenient time.
